Description

After introducing smaller SRPG models with the crown at 3 (SRPJ81, SRPJ83, SRPJ85 and SRPJ89) it is time for smaller sized Sports with the SKX-shaped case (more or less a new SKX013). It is a pity these new models  are even a tiny bit smaller than the old SKX013, so I cannot offer the sapphire that I made for the SKX013. Glas width is 27.5mm; so 0.5mm less than the 28mm that the SKX013 glass measures.
The SRPK29 has a matt black dial, it is safe to call it a smaller sized  SRPD55. Chrome hands, and chrome edges around the index markers, very nice. Off course it has the see through case back, so you can see the automatic movement. 4R36, so you can make it stop and wind the movement with the crown.
The oyster bracelet has solid links, a double lock clasp (with only 2 adjustment holes) and tapers from 20mm at the case to 18mm at the clasp. The end pieces are folded steel, and are a perfect fit to the watch case. The lugs are drilled through, replacing the bracelet is easy. It uses standard push pins, so this is a nice candidate for 2-piece nato straps :).

Since the clasp only has 2 adjustment holes, I recommend adding an 18mm neutral clasp, it has 6 adjustment holes.

The Miltat bracelets for the SKX Sports Style 40mm can be fitted on the SRPK29 watch case! So you can put on the Miltat Oyster, Miltat Jubilee or even the Miltat Asteroid!

 

The watch is delivered in a special silver/gray Seiko Sports watch box.
