To order a watch, just add to shopping basket and follow the instructions.
The website is keeping inventory, so there is no need to ask if a model is in stock. Modifications (like install of sapphire: 2 weeks) can take more time to deliver.
For most European countries I use DPD, which has a good service, so a paid watch is with you soon.
You will receive an email with tracking details from DPD when the package is handled by DPD, with the link in it you can track the package (I usually print labels as soon as I have address details, shipping can be a few days later).
If you want, I can also ship to DPD packing stations, I will try to find the nearest for you if you add this wish in the order-comment.

This is a good site for international tracking, no matter which courier (often, PostNL hands over the package to a local distribution partner). Nato straps, bracelets and possible other parts are shipped in envelope size packaging, so lower cost.
Flat post, no tracking worldwide: 2,50 euro.
Registered mail, PostNL price: EUR1: 11,95 euro EUR2: 13,95 euro and outside EU: 16,95 euro.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and Paypal. Paypal charges 4% fees, therefor it is 4% more expensive. A bank transfer using IBAN and BIC has no extra costs in the EU. Payments must be made first.
Usually delivery is within a week, but when the order is with installed sapphire, it can take two weeks because for each order, the sapphire is placed especially for that order. I do not have all watches in stock, Seiko keeps my stock and delivers to me based on website-orders.
I accept returns within two weeks. This means that you have to inform me within a week that you are not satisfied, and send it back. The watch may take longer to arrive, but that is OK if I am informed it is coming. I usually refund the money that you have paid, so the watch and shipping. Not the costs of shipping back.

Some countries have proven to be difficult to get packages delivered and that has cost money. Also since Monsterwatches is a Dutch company, based in Hilversum, we do not sell to Russia (MH17). Implementing these restrictions in the website is difficult, we choose to cancel and refund these orders when we process them.
