Description

Another line of new models in the Seiko Sports series, with a case shaped like the famous SKX007 but a bit smaller and without a rotating bezel. The case heigth is 1 mm less, it is 2 mm less wide  and its length (lug to lug) is also 2mm less. Its weight is 19 gram less than the SRPD51k2.

This black coated SRPE69 has a nice matt black dial, black chrome edges around the hands and indexes (which are smaller than those of the SKX and SRPD-Sports). The hands are also little bit thinner (notice the minute hand). The  finish of the bezel is a nice brush, the bezel also has a shiny facet.
The watch has a see-through case back, so you can look at the movement (4R36, so you can hack and wind this movement with the crown).
The nato strap is a bit shorter than mine, and has matt steel hardware.
The lugs in the watch case are drilled through, so it is easy to remove the push pins and change the strap. For this model, the lug width is 20mm!
