Description
The standard crown of the Seiko Sports with 42mm SKX-case is a very nice crown, it looks better than the SKX-crown. But it is a bit plain. Seiko has made so many colourful models, all with the same nice crown, not a crown that stands out.
The crowns I present here are with the stem pre-installed! So no DIY measuring/cutting a loose stem. Just remove your crown and pop in this beauty and you’re done.
Instead of engraving the S, we opted for removeing the area around it, and filling it with paint (“old” style colour red and blue). The diameter of this crown is 7mm, so it does not fit the smaller Seiko Sports with SKX-case (the 38 and 40mm cases).

MEW, no-fill crown. Not filled with paint. Has the looks of the Grand Seiko, and if you want you can use some car-paint and fill it yourself.
