I wanted to imitate the effect of the glass of the RLX Milgauss, the green edge is something I find striking!
After some experiments with green AR coating, green sapphire and a green circle, I decided on the green circle.
The green AR coating did not have an effect at the edge. The green sapphire gave a nice small green edge (the bevel of the sapphire) but also distorted the colour of the dial. This green circle does not interfere with the dial colour and gives a nive sharp green edge to the sapphire.
