Seiko has stopped producing the PU-straps for the SKX007 and SKX013, the strong and stiff diver-straps that needed some time to adjust its shape to your wrist. This is a no-brand strap, made of firm silicon-rubber, based on the original SKX007 strap. It has the same buckle, and the same shape, but not the Seiko-wave. The holes in this strap are for the 2.5mm diver push pins.
The long end is 14.2cm, and the short end is 8.5cm (without buckle), the thickness is 3.3mm and it gets thinnet at the end of the long side, so it can be pushed under the keeper with ease.
This strap is a little bit more comfortable than the original stiff poly urethane strap, it does not attract dust.
