Description
The brand Oriënt was established in 1950 and has been taken over by Seiko-Epson in 2003. Oriënt is fully owned by Seiko-Epson, but it operates independantly. The automatic movements come from Oriënts’ factories and if you look at the designs, Oriënt is taking inspiration from the past. That makes them so much fun to have!
This small watch features an automatic movement similar to the Seiko 4207 caliber. It winds via wrist movement, but you can also wind it manually (though it cannot be stopped). The strap is elegantly slim and features a clasp with five adjustment holes. The white dial has a vertical brushed finish and applied elements—very retro! The bezel incorporates a square shape, which is visible in the reflections in the photos.
Wrist circumference up to 19 cm!
I don’t have the Orient box for this, but I am supplying it in the practical case.
