Due to VAT regulations between the EU-countries I have to apply local VAT tariffs for EU-residents that buy from me. I am obliged to pay VAT in those countries according to local VAT rules, based on those tariffs. I list products on my site using the Dutch tariff (21%), so do not be surprised of your invoices changes after the local VAT of your country is applied.
