Description
This bracelet is not made by Seiko! The bracelet is delivered with end-pieces and push-pins, the original push-pins also fit but are a bit thinner. They can be used and will give an easier fit but the bracelet is intened to be fitted with the 1.8mm push pins that I add. |
=> THE END-PIECES ARE MADE FOR SEIKO5 WITH CASE CODE 7S26-01V0 <=
The end pieces are designed for the 7S26-01V0 watch case, I expect them not to fit nicely on a different watch case with 18mm lug width. |
The small Seiko5 models are made with bracelet with links that are made of folded steel. The SNKL41 has a kind of Oyster, and the SNK381 has a kind of Jubilee. Nice bracelets, suitable for watches in their price-range. Since I am upgrading most of the watches I sell with sapphire, and some even with the fluted bezel, the watches are rising above the lower price range and that akss for a better bracelet. Therefor I have started to make solid bracelets for this model. The first one was the solid Oyster, and now finally there is this solid Jubilee.
This Jubilee bracelet has solid links that are held together with split pens. The bracelet is very flexible and wears comfortable. I have made it extra long, 18cm, so with the watch case it is suitable for a wrist size up to 22cm! There are 12 links that can be removed, so with a 14cm wrist you still can use this bracelet!
The quality of this bracelet can be felt, it weighs 84 grams, while the standard Oyster bracelet is 61 grams (and the standard Jubilee is 60 grams). The flexible and heavier solid Jubilee makes wearing the watch a different experience.
I have chosen to use a butterfly-clasp, easy to use and has respect for the design of the bracelet. The links are around 7mm wide, so adjusting the length is still pretty much OK.
