Simple manual (more or less standard for all Seiko movements):
Pull out crown to first click: set day, date (turn the crown in two directions). Crown fully out: change the time by turning the crown clockwise/counterclockwise (I think turning the time backwards is not good but that might be just my feeling). Mind this, the movement that changes tme is also changing day and date, so do not change day or date when the time is between 10 and 2 because you do not know if it is between 22.00-02.00 or 10.00-14.00, FIRST turn the time outside of this area, then change day/date.
