Welcome at Monsterwatches.eu, the result of my hobby that has gone a bit out of control: collecting wrist watches. To be more precise, Seiko automatic diver watches. The Seiko divers watch with the nickname "monster" (type SKX779 and SKX781) has infected me with the Seiko-virus. Please consider this when you decide to buy a Seiko, the virus is included... for free.

I hope I can provide some information on the Seiko watches, I try to put many pcitures on line and I will measure and weight them too. A lot of the information can be found on the internet, but sizes I put here are measured by me, with the actual watch in my hands. One nice aspect of the Seiko diver watches is that thay are given nicknames, the watches with nicknames are the ones I try to have available for sale too (as long as they are produced).

I also offer watches on this site, especially the nicknamed divers and modifications I make. Unfortunately, the most Seiko watches on this website are not in the standard range of the official dealers here. Prices mentioned are without shipment costs. One point of attention! Some models are suddenly sold out, Seiko stops producing models without giving notice to people like me. Sometimes models are also suddenly very hard to source (or not at all). That can cause me not to be able to deliver a watch for the price mentioned. Because of the size of the website and the fact I do this as a hobby, some pages are not updated regularly. (I forget to update prices of models I don't sell often because I don't buy them often too). The fact that it is a hobby will also add that I need some time to make modified watches. Another reason is that the source of the modifications (mostly the SKX007) is a hard watch to get enough of. The daily stram of e-mails (70-100) will be answered as good as possible. If an answer takes too long, please re-send your e-mail.

On July 13th 2013 I will be selling on a watch fair, organized by de Rikketik. It is in the Expo center in Houten, starts at 10 in the morning (members may enter at 9) and ends at 16. I will be selling my Seiko watches near the entrance, row C. Address: Meidoornakade 24, Houten. Free shuttle bus from the train station in Houten.

Warranty

I give a one year limited warranty on the Seiko watches that I sell. Limited means that it does not cover scratches and other "physical" damages. It is the inside of the case - movement, dial, hands, day/date - that are covered. I cannot cover damages to bracelets, clasps. scratches in the crystals becuase those are depending on how a watch is treated.

I assume you use your watch in a normal way, and will not o swimming with an unscrewed crown and such.

=> If a watch disappoints you after receiving it (pictures can be nicer than reality), you can send the watch back for a refund. Un the Netherlands this must be done within 7 days, from outside the Netherlands you have more time, but mail me about it within 7 days after you received it. Do not wear the watch that you are sending back, I need to be able to sell it again <=

For some models, Premier, Velatura, an international Seiko warranty is provided for.
